Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement targeted sales strategies for AC to drive revenue growth and increase market penetration.
Monitor market trends and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets..
Regularly visit customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and explore opportunities for expanding business.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns quickly and professionally to maintain positive relationships and retain clients.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, trends, and forecasts to senior management, offering actionable insights and recommendations.
Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to ensure the company remains competitive and positioned for growth.
Track and analyze sales performance and key metrics (KPIs) to ensure goals are being met and strategies are effective.
