Responsibilities & Context:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team, achieving sales targets, and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies for AC to drive revenue growth and increase market penetration.
  • Monitor market trends and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Plan seasonal promotions and campaigns to boost sales for AC. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets for AC.
  • Provide ongoing training and development to the sales team, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
  • Set individual and team performance goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and offer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets.
  • Regularly visit customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and explore opportunities for expanding business.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns quickly and professionally to maintain positive relationships and retain clients.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, trends, and forecasts to senior management, offering actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor product performance, ensuring that the sales team is prioritizing high-demand products and adapting to changes in the market.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to ensure the company remains competitive and positioned for growth.
  • Track and analyze sales performance and key metrics (KPIs) to ensure goals are being met and strategies are effective.
