Job Context:
∎ Alibaba Door & Home Solution is looking for experienced, hard working, dedicated & honest Sales Executives for its Outlet-based Operations.
∎ The Products are Door, Furniture, Sanitary Products, LED Light, Chandelier, Tiles, Interior Solution, Kitchen Accessories. Two candidates for each of the above-mentioned items will be recruited. So a total of 16 executives for 8 items will be recruited.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generating Sales.
∎ Conduct Building/Construction sites visit
∎ Approach clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
∎ Meeting sales goals.
∎ Preparing daily,weekly and monthly reports.
∎ Work hard and Understand of the sales process and dynamics.
∎ Maintaining client records.
∎ Answering client questions about products, prices and availability.
∎ Work as per the guidance of respective supervisors for achieving given sales target
∎ Maintain strong business relationship with the customers.
∎ Monitor stock levels
∎ create an enjoyable customer experience which exceeds customary standards and service levels.
∎ Maintain brand standards within product demonstration and service.
∎ Identify and implement improved service practices and procedures.
