Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be the key technical advisor and product advocate, working closely with the sales team to understand customer needs, deliver product presentations, and provide tailored technical solutions that drive revenue from Pharma, Plastic and Food Industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities, providing technical expertise during sales calls and meetings.

• Presentations & Demos: Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing customers.

• Solution Design: Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions, including configuring products or services.

• Proposal Development: Prepare technical documentation, proposals, and responses to RFPs (Request for Proposals).

• Customer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, offering technical support and troubleshooting issues.

• Market Intelligence: Provide feedback to R&D and product teams regarding customer needs and competitor activity.
