∎ HVAC, Fire, BMS, MEP Products, Generator, Substation and Electro-mechanical Industries etc.

∎ Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing.
∎ Sales & Marketing of HVAC, Fire, BMS, MEP products, Generator, Transformer and Substation equipment's.
∎ Capable to handle the project smoothly.
∎ Should have the capability to carry out sales and marketing activities.
∎ Should be capable to lead the sales Team.
∎ Should have knowledge on corporate sales/direct sales of Spare parts and Service.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency both in Bangla & English.
∎ Should have good computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Office, Excel with mailing communications.
∎ Build up Marketing, Personal Management with monitoring activities of marketing.
∎ Ensure the sales target/month as defined by management.
∎ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly target.
∎ Visit clients and projects and maintain respectful relationships for sales.
∎ Provide daily marketing reports.
∎ Visit clients, attend queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Be up to date regarding market intelligence to assist the organization to identify business opportunities in the field of automation business.
∎ Providing timely feedback to senior management regarding business Projection and performance.
∎ Perform additional duties or responsibilities as assigned by management to support the company’s growth.
