Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be responsible for creating and maintaining distribution operations including setting objectives, preparing action plans & implementing strategies to operate the distribution network and achieve sales targets.
∎ Conduct regular market visits, meeting with prospective customers, generating new customers, and retaining existing customers to ensure the achievement of individual and overall company sales targets.
∎ Create market awareness and understanding about the company's offered range of products and services
∎ Supervise timely order collection/receiving to ensure timely supply of goods according to the customer's need, schedule & satisfaction.
∎ Prepare & submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and market feedback reports.
∎ Check the daily stock and availability of products as per the requirement
∎ Manage delivery and logistics operations including delivery channels, routes to ensure efficient and on-time product delivery
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Candidates must have good communication skills in the English language.
∎ Candidates must be presentable
∎ Candidates should have good interpersonal skills
∎ Candidates should have good time management skills to meet the deadline
∎ Candidates must be target oriented and can work under pressure
∎ Should have proper knowledge of work report Writing and basic computer skills.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ (Negotiable for demonstrable higher experience level)
