  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

Relaxify is looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team. The role involves converting customer inquiries into sales, providing excellent after-sales support, and assisting with client communications for our software business.

Job Responsibility

  • Respond to customer inquiries received through Facebook, WhatsApp, phone calls, and other channels.

  • Convert customer inquiries into successful sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.

  • Provide after-sales support and ensure a positive customer experience.

  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

  • Conduct online meetings and communicate with clients for our software company when required.

  • Maintain customer records and update internal systems.

  • Perform other sales and customer support-related tasks assigned by management.
