Experience in motorcycle sales, exchange programs, spare parts sales, after-sales service, or automotive retail operations.
Existing relationships with motorcycle dealers, used-bike traders, workshops, and spare parts distributors will be considered a strong advantage.

Coordination of Exchange Program for Yamaha Motorcycles.
Establish a networking system for the exchange program.
Prepare appropriate promotional plans and strategies for the exchange program.
Provide ideas regarding the preparation of effective promotional materials based on market demand.
Monitor competitors’ strategies and develop own strategies.
Achieve monthly motorcycle exchange targets.
Visit the field regularly to assess the current market situation and ensure proper coordination among network partners, dealers, customers, and the business.
Maintain all documentation related to the exchange program to ensure transparency.
Organize meetings, training sessions, and promotional campaigns to accelerate the exchange program.
Submit all scheduled reports, tour reports, and expense bills on time.
Accept any special tasks outside normal duties and uphold the image of the division as well as the Company.
Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.
Follow company policies, procedures, and instructions related to the areas of responsibility.
