• Excellent communication skills in both Bengali and English.

Job Context:

We are looking for smart, dynamic, and customer-oriented Showroom Sales Executives to join our team for our exclusive, flagship showroom located right next to our corporate office. The ideal candidates will act as the face of our premium ceramic and tile brands, delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience to our clients.

Job Location: Dhaka (Adjacent to Corporate Office).

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and guide walk-in customers, architects, and interior designers through our exclusive product range.

• Understand customer requirements and provide expert consultations on product selection, specifications, and styling.

• Present and highlight the premium features of Charu and COTTO products to maximize sales conversions.

• Maintain the aesthetic standards, cleanliness, and visual merchandising of the flagship showroom.

• Handle customer inquiries, prepare price quotations, and follow up closely on prospective leads.

• Coordinate with the corporate office and logistics team to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
