Job Responsibilities:
∎ Frequently visit Personal Newly Constructed Houses, Real Estate Company's Apartment Projects, upcoming hotel projects, Private and Government Construction Projects.
∎ Handle and manage key customers by regular visit & successful sales call, address business issues and provide product information to the potential customers.
∎ Identify customers who may purchase products and services at some point in the future, and plan and schedule follow-up communication.
∎ Make Proactive Contact with Potential Customers.
∎ Identify customer needs and recommend products and services to generate sales.
