Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and experienced professional for the position of Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing who will play a key role in expanding enterprise business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with Banks, NBFIs, Fintechs, and enterprise clients, along with solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud, and data center solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities in Banks, NBFIs, Fintechs, and enterprise sectors
Promote Data Center, Cloud Computing, Colocation, DR, Backup, and Managed Services solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers
Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth through strategic business development
Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, and client solutions
Coordinate with technical and presales teams for solution design and project execution
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to close business opportunities
Support branding, promotional campaigns, seminars, and corporate events
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Prepare regular sales pipeline, forecast, and performance reports
