Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:

• Ensure Proper operation support in a 24x7x365 high availability for Data Center.

• Maintain the data center environment, including Electrical power, Generator, UPS, Rectifier, Fire Protection System, CCTV, HVAC system & Networking system to ensure optimal conditions for equipment operations.

• Monitor data center infrastructure & equipment’s for proper functioning and report any issues to the appropriate team.

• Perform routine maintenance on data center equipment’s such as Electrical power, Generator, UPS, Rectifier, Fire Protection System, CCTV, HVAC system, Access control system & Networking devices.

• Perform daily inspection and reporting of all infrastructure & equipment’s system.

• Physically installing and removing of server and other devices within the data center including all Electrical power, Optical fiber, CCTV, HVAC system and Data center infrastructural work.

• Perform remote hands support- Power, Physical environment, cabling inspection, hardware test of copper and fiber cable.

• Knowledge of connection types within a working DC environment – MDB, SDB, Power cable, CAT5, CAT6, Optical fiber ete.

• Experience racking and cabling network equipment in a Data center environment and self-motived ability to work.

• Must exhibit good written and verbal communication skills.
