Responsibilities & Context:
  • Minimum 4 to 6 years of proven sales and business development experience, specifically in renewable energy, solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), or electrical and power sectors.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for expanding market presence and building the brand's network in a specified geographic area.

  • Promote solar solutions (On-Grid, Hybrid systems, Inverters) to industrial, commercial, and government sectors.

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of solar technologies, renewable energy products, government policies, and industry developments.

  • Conduct regular market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, pricing trends, and emerging business opportunities.

  • Fundamental knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical specifications, and storage cells.

  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and team management skills.

  • A high willingness to travel within the assigned area to meet clients and execute project site visits.

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and periodic sales performance reports for management.

  • Collaborate with the technical, operations, and after-sales service teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.

  • Negotiate commercial terms, prepare quotations, and successfully close sales agreements.

  • Organize dealer engagement programs, product demonstrations, promotional campaigns, and customer awareness initiatives. (If required)

  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy accounts receivable within the assigned territory.

  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and generate new business.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and ethical business practices.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by management to support business growth and organizational objectives.
