Experience:
Minimum 4 to 6 years of proven sales and business development experience, specifically in renewable energy, solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), or electrical and power sectors.
Develop and execute sales strategies for expanding market presence and building the brand's network in a specified geographic area.
Promote solar solutions (On-Grid, Hybrid systems, Inverters) to industrial, commercial, and government sectors.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of solar technologies, renewable energy products, government policies, and industry developments.
Conduct regular market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, pricing trends, and emerging business opportunities.
Fundamental knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical specifications, and storage cells.
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and team management skills.
A high willingness to travel within the assigned area to meet clients and execute project site visits.
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors.
Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and periodic sales performance reports for management.
Collaborate with the technical, operations, and after-sales service teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
Negotiate commercial terms, prepare quotations, and successfully close sales agreements.
Organize dealer engagement programs, product demonstrations, promotional campaigns, and customer awareness initiatives. (If required)
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy accounts receivable within the assigned territory.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and generate new business.
Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and ethical business practices.
Perform any other duties assigned by management to support business growth and organizational objectives.
