Must have the ability and willingness to travel anywhere in Bangladesh for field visits and business development activities.
Must demonstrate strong work ethic, discipline, and punctuality in carrying out assigned duties.
Should be responsible for performing any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time in line with organizational requirements
Actively promote and sell our products in assigned territory or market
Identify, develop, and maintain new business opportunities and potential clients
Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and product presentations
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets set by the management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and dealers
Provide accurate product information, technical details, and usage guidance to customers
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure proper after-sales support
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the management
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management
Participate in promotional campaigns, marketing activities, and product launches
Ensure proper display and availability of products in retail/outlet points (if applicable)
Follow up on payments, credit sales, and ensure timely collection
Coordinate with supply chain and inventory teams for product availability
Assist in developing sales strategies and improving customer satisfaction
Maintain professional communication and uphold company reputation in the market
