  • Must have the ability and willingness to travel anywhere in Bangladesh for field visits and business development activities.

  • Must demonstrate strong work ethic, discipline, and punctuality in carrying out assigned duties.

  • Should be responsible for performing any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time in line with organizational requirements



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Actively promote and sell our products in assigned territory or market

  2. Identify, develop, and maintain new business opportunities and potential clients

  3. Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and product presentations

  4. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets set by the management

  5. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and dealers

  6. Provide accurate product information, technical details, and usage guidance to customers

  7. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure proper after-sales support

  8. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the management

  9. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management

  10. Participate in promotional campaigns, marketing activities, and product launches

  11. Ensure proper display and availability of products in retail/outlet points (if applicable)

  12. Follow up on payments, credit sales, and ensure timely collection

  13. Coordinate with supply chain and inventory teams for product availability

  14. Assist in developing sales strategies and improving customer satisfaction

  15. Maintain professional communication and uphold company reputation in the market
