• Age 25 to 40 years

• At least 4-5 years proven experience of Polymers and plastic raw material product.

• Experience in Sales & Marketing of Polymers and plastic raw material
  

• Comprehensive knowledge of polymers and plastic granule grades to effectively understand customer requirements, recommend suitable materials, and provide accurate technical guidance and product solutions.

• Monitor raw material price fluctuations, navigate high-volume market risks, and negotiate optimal contracts with global suppliers.

• Demonstrated success in B2B contract negotiations, profit and loss (P&L) management, and global supply chain operations, with a proven ability to drive business growth, optimize profitability, and build long-term strategic partnerships.
  

• Developing new clients for wide range of products.
  

• Maintain & manage existing customers to ensure business sustainability.

• Regular customer visits.
  

• Educating customer with our products and provide post sale technical support.
  

• Generating market intelligence by observing competitor’s activities/prices/sales.
  

• Study market potential and applications
  

• Post-sale follow-up with customers and ensure high customer satisfaction level.
  

• Timely collection of receivables for better working capital.
  

• Reporting to management on regular basis
  

• Capable to work as a team member.

• Basic Computer knowledge.
