Experience:

2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in renewable energy, electronics, or B2B.
Experience in working with dealer networks and rural/semi urban markets is preferred.
Able to ride a motorcycle with a valid license.
ACI Motors is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager for its Renewable Energy Division (Hybrid Solar Inverter Business). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding market presence within the assigned territory. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strategic sales capability.
Key Responsibilities include –
Sales & Business Development:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for renewable energy products.
Identify and onboard new dealers, institutions, and key customers.
Execute territory-wise business plans to drive sales growth.
Dealer & Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers.
Ensure product availability, dealer motivation, and after-sales service.
Train and support dealers to boost their confidence and knowledge.
Market Intelligence:
Gather and analyze market data, competitor activities, pricing, and demand trends.
Suggest strategic initiatives based on territory-specific insights.
Promotional Activities:
Organize product demonstrations, awareness campaigns, and promotional events.
Represent the company in local exhibitions, fairs, and B2B meetings.
Operational & Reporting Tasks:
Ensure accurate documentation of sales, collections, and dealer activities.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the management.
