Ego Vision (a concern of Fashion Group) a company with 20 years of experience in the soft contact lenses & solutions sales & distribution inside and outside of Bangladesh, is looking for a dynamic, self-driven Territory Sales Executive who can develop and lead their team as well as the business's sales.
Identify new market opportunities and ensure the effective development of sales and Marketing.
Visit every market to identify target oriented dealers and solve market-related problems.
Day-to-day monitoring of sales & collection achievement to achieve monthly target.
Establish effective marketing & sales strategy for products.
Responsible for achieving individual's monthly/annual sales target.
Reporting to Manager on proper time and always following the chain of command of the company.
To create new dealers and ensure smooth distribution in each & every sales point to minimize the waste of time & expenses of the company.
The forecast market needs extensive knowledge of target-based marketing management and ensuring sales targets.
Lead & monitor all sales channels of regions/areas attaining the required standard and regular market visits to ensure the daily sales Target
To develop sales plans and budgets to achieve the monthly/annual sales targets.
To plan & ensure high product visibility in the market and minimize the market gap.
Plan periodical visits to the dealers and retailers to develop new dealers & increase sales targets.
Arranging market development programs to boost relations and sales.
Ensure realization of 100% receivables/credit related to primary sales.
Provide regular feedback to the dealers as well as to the sales force.
To comply with any other task as assigned by the authority.
