Training & Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Training Need Analysis, conduct organization-wide Sales training needs assessment, and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed, evaluate strengths and weaknesses to identify training needs
∎ Market visit all over Bangladesh, evaluate sales team performance and productivity to identify the gap in the existing field force
∎ Facilitate & arrange Sales training all over Bangladesh.
∎ Design appropriate quality sales training programs within budget limitations
∎ Prepares annual sales training calendar and annual sales training budget and works for the approval process.
∎ Prepare different kinds of training modules related to Sales and from time to time update it.
∎ Design and develop training programs (Indoor & Outdoor), choose materials, and ensure training-related logistic support.
∎ Prepare report on training program effectiveness and share it with the related stakeholders.
∎ Determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs and Stay up-to-date with employee development trends.
∎ Maintain updated curriculum database and training record
∎ Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques.
∎ Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each training or learning session.
∎ Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding instructional design
∎ Host train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts and train the Area Managers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Area of experience: Sales Capability Development, Sales Training Facilitation
∎ knowledge of adult instructional and learning theory and principles
∎ knowledge of instructional design
∎ knowledge of training methodologies
∎ knowledge of learning management systems
∎ knowledge of competency assessment
∎ Certification related to Training & Development (such as ASTD) will get preference
Salary: Negotiable
