Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive and achieve the department's sales target
∎ Ensure conversion targets & high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service as per company set standard
∎ Handle customer complaints/ queries and solve them according to company guidelines
∎ Track inventory and ensure proper display at the assigned departments as per visual merchandising requirements
∎ Maintain a high standard of service quality by following the standard Point of Sales (POS) operating process
∎ Execute any other additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor
∎ Safeguarding Responsibilities
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 26 years
∎ Must have National Identity Card (NID)
∎ Knowledge of basic computer operations
∎ Good communication skills in Bengali & English
∎ Able to perform multi-task with a problem-solving approach
∎ Flexible to work in a fast-paced environment
∎ Previous work experience is not required
