∎ Procure SME loan business
∎ Achieve Monthly new business Target in SME
∎ Ensure retention of business target
∎ Manage the Portfolio at Risk(PAR) and NPL of own asset portfolio within the given target
∎ Analyze the credit worthiness of the potential borrowers
∎ Ensure quality services to the customers as per guideline
∎ Cross-selling of different products of Trust Bank Limited if required
∎ Assist branch officials in completion of mortgage and documentation formalities

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in similar field will be an added advantage
