Job Context:
∎ This position is responsible to support Showroom Manager
∎ The vacancies are Contractual (renewable)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out showroom sales and achieve the target.
∎ Greet customers on the sales floor and determine product, type, and quality of product desired.
∎ Inform FAB (Feature, Advantage, and Benefit) of product.
∎ Demonstrate products; suggest selections that meet customer's requirements.
∎ Illustrate the similarities and differences between comparable products and explain how these affect the price of the products.
∎ Pay attention to the displayed products; ensure that they are displayed in an appropriate way.
∎ Place new product on display and focus on the promotional offers.
∎ Maintain customer visit records and follow up regularly.
∎ Successfully handle customer complaints and effectively deliver service.
∎ Observe how frequently do customers terminate the relationship by opting out, stop purchasing or choose a competitor.
∎ Maintain showroom compliance and stay conscious it.
∎ Achievement of sales target on monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly manner.
∎ Produce sales invoice and Prepare proper documentation of motorcycle sale.
∎ Post motorcycle registration information on software during sales.
∎ Prepare sales report and coordinate with Showroom Manager and Regional Manager

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Must have proficiency in MS OFFICE (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Email

Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 13000 (Monthly)
