∎ Bachelor/Honor’s, Masters, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture in any discipline
∎ Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Relevant Fields:
∎ Aquaculture/Fisheries Science (to understand the industry needs) preferred.
∎ Agricultural Engineering / Marine Technology (for technical grasp of water quality systems) preferred.
∎ Business Administration (MBA) – Marketing/Sales (for strategic sales expertise).

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in aquaculture, agriculture, or IoT-based solutions.
∎ Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
∎ Ability to travel for field visits and client meetings.
∎ Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about technology-driven farming solutions.
∎ 5 Years Working experience in sales and marketing or business development in the sector of fish farm or related business.
∎ 5 years in B2B and B2C Sales & Marketing (preferably in aquaculture, agritech, or IoT-based solutions).
∎ Experience selling fish farming products, especially digital tools, IoT devices, or SaaS (Software as a Service) or TaaS (Technology as a Service) platforms in agriculture/aquaculture or related products.
∎ Familiarity with fish farming practices, water quality management, and aquaculture challenges.
∎ Prior work in geographically distributed sales (since the role involves nationwide coverage).

∎ Drive offline sales and marketing efforts by engaging with fish farmers, hatcheries, and aquaculture businesses, including INGOs and NGOs.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and distributors.
∎ Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for potential customers.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
∎ Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
