  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the Diesel & Gas Generator, Substation & Solar power System or related industry.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting, budgeting, Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals for Diesel & Gas Generators, Substations, and Solar Power Systems.

  • Market Expansion: Identify and target new market opportunities, including industrial clients, developers, contractors, and corporate sectors.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, consultants, and key industry stakeholders to ensure long-term business partnerships.

  • Sales Pipeline Management: Expand and manage the sales pipeline by understanding customer needs and offering customized energy solutions.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of industry trends, analyze competitor activities, and gather customer feedback.

  • Product Presentations: Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to effectively communicate product benefits and technical capabilities.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve both individual and collective targets.

  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of installation and maintenance projects.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on sales performance, budget utilization, and market feedback to drive continuous improvement.

  • Industry Engagement: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and establish new connections.
