Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint (knowledge of Power BI/ERP is an added advantage)
Good understanding of sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure with accuracy and meet deadlines
Responsibilities & Context:
Collect, consolidate, and analyze sales data (daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly).
Monitor sales performance by region, product, and sales team, identifying trends and gaps.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and contribute to annual business planning (ABP).
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for management review.
Track customer buying patterns, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Support the sales team with timely data, insights, and reports to enhance decision-making.
Collaborate with finance and supply chain teams to align sales data with inventory and budget.
Assist management in evaluating sales incentive plans and performance analysis.
