Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and supervise the sales team within the assigned division.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Monitor team performance and provide guidance to ensure target achievement.
Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key clients
Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports to Head Office.
Conduct market visits, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
