∎ Ensure to achieve all time-based goals for the best result & must be achieve monthly target.
∎ Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
∎ Proven track record of success in sales management,
∎ Ensure and check dealer stock with matching the stock time to time monitor the activities of the dealers.
∎ Implement the merchandising activities by the market place.
∎ Ensure proper implementation of company sales policies.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving revenue growth.
∎ Solid understanding of sales processes, techniques, and principles.
∎ Extensive market visit , Gap & uncovered market findings & new dealer appointment.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.
∎ · Proven track record on sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to evaluate sales effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
∎ · Build and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients/delears understand their demand, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ · Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
∎ · Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
∎ · Manage sales budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize expenses to ensure profitability.
