  • Dealer management- new dealer appointment- Market expansion (Fan Sales)

  • Reach the Area goal both in terms of volume and units.

  • Ensure to achieve all time-based goals for the best result & must be achieve monthly target.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

  • Proven track record of success in sales management,

  • Ensure and check dealer stock with matching the stock time to time monitor the activities of the dealers.

  • Implement the merchandising activities by the market place.

  • Ensure proper implementation of company sales policies.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving revenue growth.

  • Solid understanding of sales processes, techniques, and principles.

  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.

  • Proven track record on sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to evaluate sales effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

  • Build and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, understand their needs, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
