Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary: The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving sales performance across a designated geographic region. This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans, leading and motivating a team of Area and Territory Sales Managers, and ensuring the achievement of regional sales targets and objectives. The RSM will also foster strong client relationships and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Manage, train, and mentor a team of ASMs and TSMs.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
  • Forecast regional sales and prepare budgets.
  • Generate leads and acquire new customers within the assigned territory.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide market feedback and competitive insights to management.
