- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and corporate procurement processes in Bangladesh.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluency in Bengali and English is required.

The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager - Corporate Sales to lead and expand our corporate client base. This role is critical in driving our B2B growth strategy, building strong relationships with businesses across various sectors, and achieving ambitious sales targets within the mobile gadget and accessories market. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed corporate sales targets for mobile gadgets and accessories.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate clients across diverse industries (e.g., IT, finance, education, hospitality).
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in corporate accounts.
- Understand client needs and present tailored mobile gadget solutions, product demonstrations, and proposals.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring profitable and sustainable business agreements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback within the mobile gadget sector to identify new opportunities and inform product strategy.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews to senior management.
- Mentor and potentially manage a team of corporate sales executives, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and corporate presentations.
