Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage & set-up Sales teams for assign region/areas according to company's guideline.
∎ To achieve Sales Target of the region as per company's vision and mission.
∎ To Lead & develop ASM/TSO and SR's according to assign territory.
∎ Managing performance for maximizing result through produce positive ROI.
∎ To Monitor and constructive feedback on time according to superior guideline.
∎ Able to maintain highest CRM process in the market.
∎ Trend & competitive analysis by brand & SKU.
∎ Any other task assign by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants must have 3 years experience in same position
∎ Toiletries, Spicy and Pickle products Sales experience will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Consumer Durables - Sales & Marketing, FMCG Sales & Marketing
∎ Communication Proficiency.
