Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/Masters (Educational qualification may be relaxed for experienced person).

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Co-ordinate with concern merchant team for the guideline of style review and style requirements.
∎ Established quality standards and control the protocol as per the manual/guide line.
∎ Involve in product development and sampling stage and take care of quality aspects of samples as per customer requirements (Counter/Development/Fit/PP/Size set sample).
∎ Conduct PP meeting before production start as per the approved sample.
∎ Perform inline inspection and end line inspection in sewing floor from the beginning of the pilot cut and give production approval based on the outcomes in different stage.
∎ Perform in line inspection, pre final inspection and final inspection in finishing department from the initial stage and if any issues arise make the corrective/preventive action plan.
∎ Follow up the sample requirements during the production stage and take out sample requirements coordinating with production team.
∎ Make sure final inspection pass rate at 100%.
∎ Update all the internal & external QA reports on time as per Buyers required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Need to handle Buyers & maintain quality standard.
∎ Ability to work in a team with a strong focus on results.
∎ Good written & verbal communication skills in English.
