Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive CMSME credit proposals from the assigned branches, assessing and analyze them in compliance with the Bank’s Policies and guidelines of regulatory authority.
∎ Ensure timely submission to the approving authority for the approval.
∎ Identify potential/inherent risks and associated with the credit proposals, communicate the branch for mitigation of the same.
∎ Assessing loan proposal under SMESPD (Pre- Finance Scheme, CMSME Stimulus), ACD (4% rebate loan, 4% refinance), FID (7% refinance scheme for Tk. 10/50/100 a/c holder (Marginalized Population) along with general CMSME loan.
∎ Conduct official visit to the customer as per requirement and instruction of the Management of the Bank.
∎ Reviewing and Monitoring of credit portfolio of assigned Branches and coordinating with Branch to take necessary actions.
∎ Prepare different CMSME credit related statements as and when required by the management towards submission for Management, Bangladesh Bank and other institution.
