Retail Moderator Skills:

  1. Order Processing & Delivery Management ⭐⭐⭐

    • Ability to accurately create invoices for customer orders, initially on Excel and transitioning to software after 1–2 months.

    • Skill in packing retail orders carefully to ensure safe delivery.

    • Experience with managing steadfast pickups and ensuring timely delivery.

  2. Korean Skincare Knowledge ⭐⭐

    • In-depth understanding of Korean skincare products, their ingredients, and their benefits.

    • Ability to educate and assist customers with product recommendations based on their skincare needs.

  3. Digital Marketing Knowledge ⭐⭐⭐

    • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies to help promote retail products effectively.

    • Familiarity with Meta algorithms and best practices for social media marketing, especially on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.

    • Experience with analyzing customer behavior to improve engagement.

  4. Basic Graphic Design & Editing Skills ⭐⭐⭐

    • Proficiency in basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).

    • Ability to edit and create visuals that align with the company’s brand and marketing strategies.

    • Ability to create engaging product images, social media posts, and advertisements.

  5. Customer Service & Communication ⭐⭐⭐

    • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers via various digital platforms.

    • Ability to resolve issues, answer queries, and provide a seamless customer experience.

  6. Attention to Detail ⭐⭐⭐

    • Careful attention to detail when preparing orders, packaging, and managing invoices.

    • Ensuring accuracy in product details, pricing, and shipping information.

  7. Time Management & Organization ⭐⭐

    • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, from packing orders to managing digital content.

    • Strong organizational skills to keep track of orders, invoices, and customer interactions.

  8. Adaptability & Learning ⭐⭐

    • Willingness to stay updated on new trends in Korean skincare and digital marketing strategies.

    • Ability to quickly adapt to changes in workflow or business priorities.

  9. Commitment ⭐⭐

    • Must be willing to give a one-month notice before leaving the job to ensure smooth transition and hiring of a replacement.
