Experience:
Sales & Negotiation Skills:
Ability to talk to and convince wholesale buyers to purchase in bulk.
Skilled in negotiating prices and agreements to close deals.
Ability to manage multiple clients and understand their needs.
Understanding of B2B Sales:
Know how wholesale sales work, including bulk pricing and long-term relationships.
Understand the market, pricing, and how to sell products in large quantities.
Customer Purchase Analysis & Pricing:
Ability to understand and verify which customer purchases what quantity of goods.
Based on the customer's order history, the executive must offer a suitable price and ensure competitive pricing.
Market Research & Analysis:
Able to research and understand current market trends and customer needs.
Can find new business opportunities by looking at competitors and potential customers.
Customer Relationship Management:
Excellent at building and maintaining strong relationships with wholesale customers.
Skilled at talking with customers over the phone, identifying problems, and providing effective solutions to increase sales.
Proactive in understanding customer concerns and providing appropriate support.
Financial Awareness:
Understand how to price products and calculate profit margins to make sure the business is profitable.
Can give customers the correct price quotes based on what they are buying.
Order Processing & Delivery Management:
Handle orders manually through WhatsApp, checking the stock in Google Sheets.
Confirm orders with customers before sending them to the delivery team.
Manage order fulfillment by forwarding the order details to the delivery team and ensuring confirmation after delivery.
Excel & Google Sheets Expertise:
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for managing orders, pricing, and customer information.
Ability to adapt and work with software systems once implemented for managing orders and customer data.
Order Fulfillment & Logistics Management:
Knowledge of how to manage stock levels and ensure products are delivered to customers on time.
Able to handle large orders and organize shipping and delivery.
Payment Collection:
Ensuring timely payment collection from wholesale customers.
Ability to manage payment schedules and follow up on outstanding payments.
Adaptability & Problem-Solving:
Able to quickly solve problems that come up, whether with orders or customer issues.
Willing to adapt to changes in the market or business needs.
Teamwork:
Able to work with other departments like marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Help coordinate between different teams to make sure orders are fulfilled correctly.
