We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a passion for the hospitality industry. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all aspects of the restaurant, including staff management, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
Responsibilities:
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff members.
Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours.
Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance employee performance.
Handle disciplinary actions when necessary, following company policies and procedures.
Customer Service:
Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the dining experience.
Operational Oversight:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures.
Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
Monitor and manage restaurant expenses to maximize profitability.
Quality Control:
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to established procedures and standards.
Implement corrective actions as needed to address any issues or deficiencies.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage the restaurant budget, including revenue projections and expense control.
Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve profitability.
Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns.
Utilize social media platforms and other marketing channels to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Participate in community events and initiatives to enhance the restaurant`s visibility and reputation.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor`s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.
Proficiency in restaurant management software and MS Office applications.
