Overview:

We are seeking an energetic, communicative, and student-focused Study Abroad Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will confidently connect with prospective students, manage online and phone inquiries, and guide them through our study abroad and test preparation services. If you are active on social media, engaging over calls, and skilled at converting inquiries into successful enrollments, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to student inquiries through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
• Engage actively with comments, messages, and phone calls while maintaining a friendly and professional tone.
• Make outbound calls to leads from campaigns and handle inbound calls with accurate program information.
• Provide counseling for all study destinations, especially Australia and the UK.
• Explain courses, eligibility, admission processes, and fee structures clearly and accurately.
• Convert leads into clients for multiple destinations including USA, UK, Australia, and Europe.
• Assist in creating promotional materials when needed.
• Maintain and update lead databases, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Admissions teams to align outreach strategies and messaging.
• Prepare and share regular reports on engagement, leads, and enrollment achievements.
