  • Proven experience in social media marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to analyse data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of the education consultancy industry is a plus.


Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities of Digital Marketing Manager:

Digital Strategy Development: Create and execute digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, lead generation, and student acquisition for our education consultancy services.

Content Marketing: Oversee content creation for various digital platforms (social media, website, blogs, etc.) that resonates with prospective students, parents, and educational institutions.

Social Media Management: Manage and optimize social media accounts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to engage with prospective students and educational partners. Track performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

SEO & SEM: Implement SEO best practices to optimize the company’s website for search engines and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and generate qualified leads.

  • Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and drip campaigns to nurture leads and retain clients.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing analytics. Use data to optimize strategies for maximum impact.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Admissions Teams: Work closely with the admissions and sales teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives and student acquisition goals.

  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Develop and optimize lead generation funnels (including landing pages, forms, and CTAs) to convert website visitors into inquiries and leads.

  • Stay Updated on Digital Marketing Trends: Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in the education sector.

Digital Marketer part:

  • Digital Marketing Campaigns: Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that align with the company's goals and increase engagement with prospective students and educational institutions.

  • Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) by creating engaging content, posting regularly, and interacting with followers. Track and report on campaign performance.

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize the company website and content to rank higher in search engine results, driving organic traffic and increasing visibility to prospective students.

  • Pay-Per-Click Advertising (PPC): Assist with creating and managing paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), ensuring ads are optimized for lead generation and maximizing ROI.

  • Email Marketing: Design, implement, and track email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and drip campaigns, to nurture leads and retain clients.

  • Content Creation & Copywriting: Assist in producing creative content such as blogs, articles, infographics, case studies, and other resources tailored to the needs of prospective students and their families.

  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work with the sales and admissions team to ensure seamless lead handover, communication, and follow-up on digital marketing-generated leads.

  • Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, the competitive landscape, and the education sector’s evolving needs to inform strategies and keep the company ahead of the curve.
