Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing Staff: This includes hiring, training, scheduling, and overseeing the work of all restaurant employees, including cooks, servers, and host/hostesses.
∎ Ensuring quality of food and service: You are responsible for ensuring that food is prepared to the highest quality and that service is excellent.
∎ Managing inventory and supplies: You must ensure that the restaurant has enough food, beverages, and supplies to meet customer demand, while also controlling costs and minimizing waste.
∎ Maintaining financial records: You must keep track of expenses and revenue to ensure that the restaurant is profitable and that financial goals are met.
∎ Managing customer relations: You are responsible for managing customer complaints and ensuring that customers have a positive experience at the restaurant.
∎ Developing and implementing policies: You may be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures that help the restaurant run smoothly and efficiently.
∎ Ensuring compliance with regulations: You must ensure that the restaurant complies with all relevant health and safety regulations, as well as labor laws.
∎ Managing marketing and promotion: You may be responsible for marketing and promoting the restaurant to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
