∎ Experience: 3+ years of experience managing a restaurant specializing in any of the mentioned cuisines (Turkish, Thai, Chinese, or Bangladeshi food).
∎ Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of restaurant management systems or POS software is a plus.
∎ Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Bangla and English.
∎ Flexibility: Must be available for weekends, holidays, and peak hours as per restaurant demands.
∎ Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and inspire teams effectively.
∎ Problem-Solving Mindset: Capable of resolving issues quickly and maintaining operational efficiency.
∎ Knowledge of authentic Turkish, Thai, and Chinese culinary operations will be considered a significant advantage.

∎ Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service in line with the standards of diverse cuisines, including Turkish, Thai, Chinese, and Bangladeshi food.
∎ Oversee hygiene and cleanliness standards, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
∎ Address customer feedback promptly and professionally to guarantee satisfaction.
∎ Manage inventory and stock levels for ingredients specific to the cuisines served.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to boost sales, improve menu offerings, and achieve financial targets.
∎ Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to maintain seamless coordination during service.
∎ Create staff rosters and ensure efficient scheduling, especially during peak hours.
∎ Prepare reports on operational performance, sales data, and customer feedback for management review.
∎ Assist in promotional activities and marketing strategies for the restaurant.
