Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum bachelor degree in any discipline.
∎ Diploma in hotel management/hospitality from any reputed educational institution will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage overall management of restaurant operations on day to day basis to assure optimum performance and continual improvement in guest service, employees, sales-marketing, party booking, property appearance, and cost control.
∎ Partnership with other department heads to ensure guest satisfaction and quality foods.
∎ Identify additional sales opportunities to enhance revenue in all areas of restaurant including Chinese Thai, Traditional cuisine etc.
∎ Ensure that all financial transactions are handled correctly in secured manner.
∎ Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory and restaurant supplies.
∎ Assist in staffs recruitment, promotion and punishment.
∎ Develop guest relations and staffs skill.
∎ Respond to customer queries and complaints.
∎ Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, health & safety environment.
∎ Maintain liaison with various government authorities.
∎ Identify improvements needed and build on guest loyalty.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned and needed by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have minimum 05 years practical work experience in reputed Chinese/Thai/Indian Restaurants/Hotels in relevant position.
∎ Must be experienced in Thai/Chinese Restaurant.
∎ Proven ability to work under pressure and for long time.
∎ Good looking, smart and physically fitness.
∎ Must be proficient in English and Bengali languages.
∎ Courteous & efficient telephone manner.
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks & to manage workload using own initiative.
∎ Must have basic computer knowledge.
∎ Must be well organized, honest, sincere and non-smoker.
