The position of Restaurant Manager focuses on overseeing restaurant operations, customer service excellence, revenue growth, staff supervision, and brand reputation. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for developing and executing operational and service strategies to ensure high-quality dining experiences and efficient workflow. The role includes implementing company policies and procedures, enhancing restaurant performance, driving profitability, and maintaining strong leadership across all departments within the restaurant.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth execution of service
Implement operational strategies aligned with the organization’s vision and brand standards
Set monthly performance targets for revenue, service quality, and operational efficiency; optimize based on results
Monitor sales performance and guest feedback to drive continuous improvement
Plan and execute promotional activities, menu campaigns, and seasonal offerings
Identify new customer segments, build partnerships, and explore revenue-generating opportunities
Establish service guidelines to ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest
Maintain and update guest database for personalized guest engagement and loyalty building
Foster strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth
Track competitor offerings and market trends to ensure competitive positioning
Prepare operational, financial, and service-quality reports for management review
Train, supervise, and motivate team members to uphold grooming and service standards
Perform any additional tasks assigned by Management related to the role
