Job Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and taking drink and food orders

• Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area

• Responsible for serving food and beverages in restaurants efficiently and in a most courteous manner

• Setting up tables in accordance with Restaurant policy

• Cleaning and removing dishes from the table after service is completed

• Carrying out all duties in accordance with tasks and descriptions with reference to established rules and policies.

• Following the correct sequence of service outlined in the Standard Operating Manual

• Maintaining cleanliness at the working station and service pantry for smooth operation.

• Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests

• Following health code standards about the handling of food

• Well-groomed, well dressed, positive body language, always smile, be Courteous and well behaved

• Follow the instruction of the restaurant manager and supervisors

• Also, perform any other tasks given by the management

• Establishing effective employee relations and maintaining the highest level of professionalism, ethic, and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, heads of department, and employees.
