Job Context

The post of Housekeeping Staff is primarily concerned with ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness throughout the hotel to provide guests with a comfortable and pleasant stay. Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and facilities, maintaining laundry and linen service, and ensuring that all spaces meet the hotel’s quality and safety standards. We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals who take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and creating a welcoming environment for our valued guests.

Job Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and corridors to ensure high hygiene standards

• Make beds, change linens, and replenish guest supplies

• Handle guest housekeeping requests promptly and courteously

• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards

• Assist with laundry operations and maintain cleaning supplies

• Follow hotel policies, safety, and sanitation procedures

• Support team members and perform other tasks as assigned
