∎ The Resource Mobilization and Partnerhsip Advisor will assist in coordinating the Country Office's resource mobilisationn/proposal development efforts in collaboration with the Program Directors and Assistant Country Director - Program. The RM&PC will conduct research, donor intelligence gathering, funding trends analysis and donor and national priorities and also keep abreast with advances in wider development and funding environment. S/he will also be responsible for tracking and maintaining information on funding opportunities and support with proposal writing as necessary. S/he will also provide strategising partnershiops for resource mobiliaitona dnad provede strateigic guidances to progam qullaityh improvement including resposible for front line communication with external stakeholders representing CARE Bangladesh.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 7-10 years extensive experience of proposal development and project design and partnerships management.
∎ At least 7 years field experience in development, rehabilitation and/or relief programs.
∎ Donor relations and networking and partnership management.
∎ Familiarity with key development and humanitarian aid donors.
∎ Excellent English writing skills.
∎ Strong understanding of gender issues in Bangladesh and commitment to promoting the empowerment of women and girls.
∎ Demonstrated learning agility in order to work across broad range of program areas.
∎ Demonstrated ability to coordinate work across teams.
∎ Self-directed, systematic, working to tight deadlines.
∎ Ensure and Promote GEDI and be GEDI sensitive, creating an enabling environment where diversity can flourish and all staff and stakeholders experience inclusion and appreciation.
