Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 3–5 years of experience in resort, hotel, recreation center, or hospitality managementStrong leadership and team-management skillsGood communication skills in English and BanglaBasic computer knowledge (Excel, email, WhatsApp, social media)

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Manage daily operations of the resort including swimming pool, playground, sports field, stage, and picnic areas

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and smooth guest experience

• Handle bookings, entry management, and customer complaints

Business Development

• Develop new business ideas, packages, and promotional offers

• Build relationships with schools, corporate clients, and group organizers

• Increase revenue through events, memberships, and partnerships

Human Resources

• Recruit, train, and supervise resort staff

• Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance

• Monitor staff performance and discipline

Administration & Finance

• Maintain daily income and expense records

• Oversee cash handling, ticketing, and vendor payments

• Provide regular operational and financial reports to the owner

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure swimming pool safety and crowd control

• Coordinate with City Corporation, Fire Service, Police, and local authorities

• Maintain licenses, permits, and operational compliance

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in resort, hotel, recreation center, or hospitality management

• Strong leadership and team-management skills

• Good communication skills in English and Bangla

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, WhatsApp, social media)

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing swimming pool or event facilities

• Knowledge of marketing and social media promotion

• Local business network and customer engagement skills
