Warmly greet and welcome all visitors and issue visitor ID cards.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to appropriate departments.
Respond to inquiries, offer necessary information, and escalate issues when required.
Organize a bi-monthly 'Visitor Management Day' to review and improve the visitor management system, incorporating feedback from participants.
Record visitor information in Matrix-V software and submit daily reports to the supervisor.
Ensure proper visitor appointment scheduling and provide full support to visitors.
Update the latest information about BRAC’s events at BRAC Centre and help coordinate with programmes and visitors during the events.
Manage the reception area to uphold cleanliness, organization, and a professional appearance.
Ensure implementation of action plan develop on the basis of annual satisfaction survey related to front desk staff and their activities.
Coordinate with security and other departments to ensure smooth access and operations.
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organization and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
