Experience:

Retired Army Long Course Officer (Major/Lieutenant Colonel) preferred.
Strong leadership, command, communication and decision-making skills.
Sound knowledge of government rules, regulations, labor laws and compliance procedures.
Ability to work under pressure and handle critical situations effectively.
Sanji Group of Companies is looking for a competent, experienced and dynamic professional for the position of General Manager (HR & Admin). The incumbent will be responsible for leading and managing all Human Resources, Administrative, Government & Non-Government liaison, discipline, security and compliance-related activities of the organization. Retired Army Long Course Officers (Major / Lieutenant Colonel) will be given preference.
Lead and control overall HR & Administrative operations of the organization with discipline and efficiency.
Oversee all government and non-government administrative activities, liaison, and regulatory coordination.
Maintain effective liaison with Ministries, Government Offices, Law Enforcement Agencies, Labour Office, Factory Inspectorate and other regulatory authorities
Ensure all licenses, permits, renewals, registrations and statutory compliance are properly maintained.
Formulate, implement and monitor HR policies, service rules, SOPs, code of conduct and disciplinary regulations.
Supervise recruitment, selection, onboarding, confirmation, promotion, transfer and separation processes.
Ensure effective manpower planning, organizational structure and succession planning.
Lead performance management system (KPI, appraisal, increment and promotion).
Maintain strict control over attendance, leave, payroll coordination and HR documentation.
Handle disciplinary issues, employee misconduct, grievances, inquiries and internal investigations in line with labor laws
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Act, Labour Rules and other applicable employment laws.
Manage office administration, security, transport, housekeeping and facility management.
Supervise organizational security systems, safety measures, emergency response and risk management.
Oversee vendor management, administrative contracts, procurement and service providers.
Promote a culture of discipline, integrity, safety and accountability across the organization.
Lead training & development programs, including leadership, discipline, safety and compliance training.
Coordinate employee welfare, health, safety and workplace compliance initiatives.
Prepare and submit regular HR & administrative reports to top management
Act as a strategic advisor to top management on HR strategy, organizational development and risk mitigation.
