The General Manager – Corporate Services will provide strategic and operational leadership across Tekvision’s core corporate and governance functions. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient, compliant and scalable operations covering Accounting & Finance, HR & Administration, Central Procurement, Import & Export and Contract Management. The position plays a critical role in supporting Tekvision’s vision and mission.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Finance
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
- Ensure statutory compliance, audit readiness, tax management and financial controls.
- Support revenue tracking, cost optimization and profitability improvement initiatives.
- Partner with business leadership on financial strategy and investment decisions.
2. Human Resources & Administration
- Provide leadership across recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management and employee relations.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures and governance align with both IT and manufacturing-support environments.
- Drive leadership capability development and workforce planning.
- Oversee administrative functions, facilities coordination and general office governance.
3. Central Procurement
- Establish and manage centralized procurement policies and processes across entities.
- Lead vendor selection, negotiation, contract finalization and performance management.
- Optimize procurement cost, quality and turnaround time.
- Ensure transparency, compliance and auditability in procurement operations.
4. Import & Export
- Oversee import and export operations, including documentation, regulatory compliance and customs coordination.
- Manage duty-free import, bond license utilization and related government approvals.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
5. Contract Management
- Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle management for vendors, partners and service providers.
- Ensure contractual compliance, risk mitigation and commercial alignment.
- Support negotiation of key commercial terms in collaboration with legal and business teams.
6. Audit Coordination & Compliance
- Act as the primary coordination point for internal, external, statutory and regulatory audits.
- Ensure timely preparation, submission and follow-up of audit documentation, observations and management responses.
- Track audit findings, remediation plans and closure of audit actions across all functions.
- Strengthen internal controls, compliance frameworks and audit readiness.
7. Company Secretarial & Statutory Governance
- Oversee company secretarial matters, including statutory filings, board documentation, resolutions and regulatory submissions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable corporate laws, regulatory requirements and governance standards.
- Coordinate Board, Committee and shareholder-related documentation and governance processes.
- Liaise with external company secretaries, regulators and advisors as required.
8. Leadership & Corporate Governance
- Build, lead and mentor high-performing teams across all Corporate Services functions.
- Establish KPIs, dashboards and governance mechanisms to monitor performance and compliance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on corporate governance, compliance, risk and people matters.
- Support organizational scale-up and readiness for external clients, audits and regulatory scrutiny.
