This role is the backbone of our service quality, ensuring seamless IT service delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction. You will be a central coordinator for resolving issues, managing service requests, and driving improvements, directly impacting client retention and the reliability of our services.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing IT service delivery processes, including incident, problem, and request management.
• Support Customer Success Managers by preparing service review reports and dashboards.
• Track and follow up on service-related issues to ensure timely resolution and communication.
• Coordinate with technical support, infrastructure, and application teams to resolve service disruptions.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and help identify trends to prevent future issues.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, escalations, and customer interactions.
• Participate in initiatives to continuously improve service quality and customer experience.
