  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Coordination & Communication Preferable

Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Accurate Records Of Board Meetings, Including Minutes, Resolutions And Decisions Made.

  • Oversee The Maintenance Of Marie Stopes Bangladesh Records And Documentation Related To Board Affairs.

  • Prepare Draft & Check Line All Contracts Related To Country Director & Corporate Affairs

  • Act As A Point Of Contact Between Country Director And Board.

  • Manage the Country Director office logistics.
