Proficiency in Microsoft Office, good typing speed in Bangla and English
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain Accurate Records Of Board Meetings, Including Minutes, Resolutions And Decisions Made.
Oversee The Maintenance Of Marie Stopes Bangladesh Records And Documentation Related To Board Affairs.
Prepare Draft & Check Line All Contracts Related To Country Director & Corporate Affairs
Act As A Point Of Contact Between Country Director And Board.
Manage the Country Director office logistics.
